· Development of a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service. · Establish and manage a high level of organisational co-operation in order to ensure a professional service delivery. · Provision of innovative, cost effective sourcing solutions that market and promote FNB as an employer of choice. · Ensuring the practice is embedded throughout the business by overseeing documentation and continuous knowledge management and improvement thereof. · Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements · Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information · Manage own development to increase own competencies

Learnerships are to be hosted at the following branches in KwaZulu Natal:
Qualifications

Responsibilities
Development of a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
Establish and manage a high level of organisational co-operation in order to ensure a professional service delivery.

Communication Summary: | The learnership is a 12 month programme which will allocates successful candidates to various areas in the bank where they will be spending time applying their learning, when they are not formally or informally engaged in training activities. |
The Message: | Successful candidates will be required to sign a 12-month fixed term employment contract as well as a learnership contract. They will not paid a salary but will receive a learner allowance of R3000.00 per month for the duration of the learnership. Upon successful completion candidates will obtain a recognised Further Education and Training Certificate in Banking (NQF 4) |
Qualifying Criteria: | The candidate must:
• Be between the ages of 18-30 |
Recruitment Process: | • Closing date for applications 15 January 2014 • Candidates will be required to complete relevant assessments • The following checks will be conducted: o Register for Employees Dismissed (RED) checks; o Credit and criminal record checks; o Reference checks with previous employers; o Verification of educational qualifications; and o Proof of South African citizenship/South African residency/work permit. |
