Key Performace Areas (not totally inclusive)
Service Desk Duties – manage incidents and requests
Support MAGIC and Embrace (ERP) system
Support IT Communication issues and Collaborations problems
Server and network support
Installation and support of IT hardware and software
Support PC users physially and via telephone
Core behavioural Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Oral and Written)
Must be fluent in English (Read, Write and Speak)
Ability to work well and maintain good internal and external customer relations
Must be able to work under extreme pressure and meet deadlines
Must be able to work independently without close supervision
Must be highly dedicated, proactive and efficient
Must have own transport
Minimum Skills Required
Grade 12 with A+, N+ or equivalent technical course completed
Microsoft Office applications experience
A tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
